Condition of the Premises
The TENANT must return the property in the same state of
cleanliness as at the beginning of the lease, subject to
normal wear and tear.
Visits in Case of Non-Renewal
If the lease is not renewed upon its expiry, the TENANT
must allow all requests for visits by potential tenants,
with a minimum notice of 24 hours.
Repairs
The LANDLORD agrees to repair or replace the cracked window
located in the ground-floor bedroom prior to the TENANT
taking possession.
Security Deposit
The TENANT shall pay a security deposit of $1,500 upon
signing the lease. The LANDLORD agrees to return this
deposit at the end of the lease, subject to the condition
of the premises and compliance with the obligations set out
in the lease.
